Your Queen of the Thrones® Back Castor Oil Pack is made with:

• Inner layer: 100% organic cotton
  This cozy layer of high quality, unbleached organic cotton touches your skin with Castor Oil.
• Outer layer: 100% polypropylene
  'Less-mess’ layer designed to hold in natural body heat, made of the same material as food-safe containers like yogurt cups. 
• Straps: 100% nylonSoft and stretchy, designed to comfortably wrap around any body size and hold your pack in place.

HOW DO I USE IT?

Your Queen of the Thrones® Back Castor Oil Pack is a simple 2 step process.

STEP 1 Apply 1 tbsp of Queen of the Thrones® Organic Golden Castor Oil (sold separately) to your lower back area or onto the soft cotton side of the Castor Oil Pack.

STEP 2 Place the pack over your low back area and tie it in place.

Wear 1 hour daily or overnight. Elevate this practice with the Queen of the Thrones® Body Roller to help relax tight muscles in your lower back before putting on your Back Castor Oil Pack.
