At TapRoots, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel in its original condition. If your new fashion find isn't a perfect fit, we are here to help you find the right style or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
